Customers who received an item with a manufacturing fault outside of the disclaimer in product information or an incorrect item to the item ordered are entitled to either a full refund or replacement, please contact email@example.com if this has occurred before sending the item back.
All custom orders can not be returned or exchanged as these are made to order and cannot be resold as each drop ends. Please be sure to order the correct size.
- Faulty Returns must be returned within 21 days of purchase.
- Returns must be unwashed and unworn
- Items must have all tags attached
- Postage must be covered to return the item/s back to us. Please ensure to retain proof of postage just in case the item gets lost on its way back to us.
- Once your return has been processed, you will be notified via email. Once your item has been returned, your new item will be created and sent out within 10 business days.
